ENG. The Main Venue Espai Jove La Fontana has 300 k/s upload capacity and wifi access form the Barcelona City Council (Ajuntament de Barcelona).
1. If you want to record on video or audio and upload during the working sessions, you should use a mobile Internet stick. This will allow us to keep the streaming channels online.
2. This is a public meeting and it is allowed to film and broadcast the working sessions.
3. In order to be able to access to workshops’ and meetings’ records, there will be a downloading point.
4. If you want to collaborate with the streaming team please bring your own laptop and camera. Streaming team will be located in Media Lab, in the 1rst floor of the Main Venue Espai Jove La Fontana.
5. Minutes will be written collectively and live.
6. We also encourage you to use the Twitter reporting the meeting using the hashtag #15shm and quotating @15shm.

ESP. El Espai Jove La Fontana (espacio principal que alojará la reunión) cuenta con una subida de 300 k/s y acceso a la red wifi del ayuntamiento de Barcelona.
1. Es totalmente recomendable en caso de que trabajes con vídeo y queráis subirlo durante las mismas sesiones de trabajo tener Internet móvil, ello os permitirá cierta independencia de una posible saturación de la red.
2. El encuentro esta planteado como un evento abierto por lo que está permitido filmar en todos las salas de trabajo y que ese material sea difundido.
3. Para que todos podamos acceder a los materiales que se recojan de los diferentes workshops del encuentro, habrá un punto de descarga de material señalizado al que todos podremos acceder.
4. Si queréis colaborar con el equipo de streaming sólo es necesario un ordenador portátil con cámara. El equipo de streaming estará ubicado en el Media Lab, en la planta 1 del Espai Jove La Fontana.
5. Las actas se redactarán de forma colectiva y en directo.
6. También te animamos a que participes en Twitter informando sobre el desarrollo encuentro usando el hashtag #15shm y citando @15shm.
